I hold the well-being of my clients above any sport or artistic passion and encourage clients to be empowered by their innate wisdom. My goal is to teach clients to listen and communicate with their bodies as if the body is a community of billions of cells and the mind the benevolent ruler (instead of overriding dictator). When our minds and bodies work in conjunction with each other rather than at odds, we build a foundation on healthy habits, which supports us to pursue our passions throughout our lives. I encourage appropriate rest and respect for limitation not because of some textbook theory but because these are hard-learned lessons from my own injuries created by my stubborn desire to excel. I have learned through personal experience that listening to and respecting the needs of my body allows me to push through plateaus without injury.
